A visit with JMCM is more than a vacation. It is an opportunity to see our ministry firsthand, spend time with the children we serve, encourage local communities, and use your gifts, skills, and experiences to make a lasting impact. Whether you stay for a few days or several weeks, we believe your visit will be meaningful - not only for the children but for you as well.

We believe that the best partnerships are built through relationships. As you learn about life in Uganda, we will also learn from you. Together we can share our faith, cultures, experiences, and hope in Jesus Christ.

Uganda, known as the Pearl of Africa, is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. From incredible wildlife and national parks to mountains, waterfalls, lakes, and welcoming people, Uganda offers an unforgettable experience for every visitor.

Planning an international trip can feel overwhelming, especially if it is your first visit to Africa. We are here to help. Before you arrive, we will answer your questions and help you plan your visit. During your stay, our team will coordinate your volunteer activities, assist with local arrangements, and do everything we can to make your visit safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Volunteer and Serve

Sponsor a Community Project

If you would like to make an even greater impact, you may choose to sponsor one of our ministry or community development projects.

We will gladly introduce you to projects that need support, allowing you to choose one that matches your interests and passion. Your generosity can help provide education, healthcare, discipleship, clean water, shelter, and other essential services that improve the lives of vulnerable children and families.

Travel Costs

Jesus and Me Children's Ministries is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to caring for vulnerable children. Every donation we receive is carefully used to support our ministry and community programs.

For this reason, we kindly ask all visitors to cover the personal costs of their trip. This allows every ministry donation to remain focused on serving the children and families who need it most.

Visitors are responsible for:

International airfare to and from Uganda.
Visa fees, travel insurance, and any required vaccinations.
Accommodation during their stay. We are happy to help arrange accommodation based on your preferences and budget.
Meals during your visit. We can recommend or arrange meal options that suit your needs.
Local transportation. JMCM will gladly organize safe and reliable transportation, with the transportation costs paid by the visitor.
Entrance fees to national parks, museums, cultural sites, and other attractions.
Personal shopping and other personal expenses.
Any additional travel or tour-related costs.

Our team will gladly assist you with planning your trip, arranging transportation, recommending accommodation, and organizing your volunteer schedule so you can enjoy a safe, rewarding, and memorable visit.
