Shisa Jorry is the General Secretary of JMCM, playing a crucial role in the smooth functioning and success of the organization. With a heart dedicated to serving, Shisa oversees the administrative aspects of the ministry, ensuring effective communication and fostering collaboration among all members. His commitment to structure and clarity ensures that the ministry’s goals are accomplished efficiently and with a spirit of excellence. In this position, Shisa serves as a vital link between the leadership and the members, coordinating events, managing schedules, and maintaining records. He is instrumental in planning and executing programs that aim to foster the growth and development of the organization. Shisa’s passion for ministry and his unwavering dedication to the well-being of children are evident in his work. He approaches challenges with faith, creativity, and determination. Matovu Ronnie serves as the Treasurer-Finance Secretary for JMCM, playing a vital role in the financial management and growth of the ministry. His work ensures the continued success of the organization and its ability to reach and impact over 2,500 young people—children who were raised by the ministry and now embody the belief that “good products reproduce themselves.” Ronnie promotes hygiene and sanitation practices in communities and schools, conducting sensitization sessions on handwashing, personal hygiene, and proper waste disposal. He also educates communities on disease prevention and has been actively involved in various awareness campaigns. Working closely with community leaders, Ronnie ensures that hygiene education is both accessible and culturally sensitive, tailoring his approach to local needs and practices. His daily responsibilities include conducting WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) needs assessments, mobilizing community leaders, and providing training on latrine and water point construction. Through these efforts, Ronnie has witnessed firsthand the positive changes that can be made in under-resourced communities. As Treasurer-Finance Secretary at JMCM, Ronnie brings valuable financial oversight, ensuring that the ministry continues to thrive and expand its reach. He looks forward to continuing his impactful work and is deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve.
